In 2025, thanks to The Jaunt, I travelled to the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf, Algeria, to take part in the Sahara Marathon charity run.
This work is a personal account of my experience there, of what I saw, and of the struggle and resilience of a people who hold onto hope.
